Better. With a burn. And not as sweet.
[Wine was okay for dinners and such, but Damon was a heavy drinker. He had to be to keep the bloodlust at a dull roar. Bourbon was just a state-specific preference; one he hadn't quite been able to shake.]
Always try things once.
