He's not one to judge by markings, or people trying to kill him. It's a bit difficult to take it personally since it happens so often. People trying to kill others has a different ring to it, but since he's still getting used to the politics and ideals at this place, he's not ready to jump the gun too quickly.
The Doctor joins the group readily enough. Seeing another stranger has also been lured in and makes his way over to them, hands folded behind him.
