Molly is less concerned about an overly vocal noblewoman getting SHOT and will be more concerned about innocent people, so he'll be doing Black Out. He has a green jewel and he'll be pretty effective at whipping people out of those shields, but if he's around a Muter, he's gonna be less useful. He cannot use a Breaker. That is the wrong Taliesin Jaffe character.
He is not a huge fan of politics, so most of the political aspects of all of this are going to go RIGHT over his head. He just wants to keep innocent people from suffering and mind his own goddamn business, so if his view on landens becomes inconsistent later (since he seems to be coming down harder on their side right now)... Well, he cares about things more in the moment. He'll try to diffuse any aftermath situations in Death of a Councilwoman with Charm Person to keep any further fights breaking out, but his opinion on Vera is kinda gonna be "if you talk down to working class folks like that, you're gonna come to a bad end" and leave it at that.
He is still at the Queen's Residence and still hates those mourning routines, and how much this feels like conscription.
