why is everything constantly on fire?? seriously though.

▷ given how "fire" and "technology" are like, leo's Thing, he's going to go help out with the blackout
▷ he's best for putting out fires and saving the machines (what with being both pyrokinetic and technokinetic), but he'll help out with rescuing the people too if needed
▷ he does have some light trauma about people being trapped in fires and suffocating, though, so fun times i guess

▷ as for death of a councilwoman, leo is the worst at getting people to cooperate or doing any sort of crowd damage control
▷ so he probably should sit this one out.... will he though, probably not

▷ for other things: he'll hang out at the queen's residence fairly often, especially with piper arriving and staying there, so if you want to spar with him or hang out and listen to his bad jokes, i am all for that
