And even if the Sun was apparently the card Rhus has touched, and his own patron, he focuses his attention more on the card called the Hierophant-- the parallels to Thaliak the Scholar, Alphinaud's own patron, is uncanny. That in itself is enough to put some of Rhus' fears at ease. Not all of them, but enough that he knows his diplomatic friend will be well, and he relaxes further into his seat.
Or perhaps that's the weed's doing as he continues to take long drags and lets the smoke pour out of his mouth and nostrils like a dragon.]
