Most of the time. Though I take the occasional field trip when the bad guys aren't considerate enough to set up shop within city limits. Sometimes prodding into something shady means leaving the city to get to some lab facility, or a secret government base, or a villain lair, or a corporate headquarters...

Usually secret bad guy buildings come in one of those flavors.

[He doesn't travel in some high tech jet or something, though.]

Luckily, the bus lines run pretty frequently.

[Though getting the money together for the bus is sometimes a challenge.]
