Not setting things on fire is certainly a point in the queen's favor, so Bucky appreciates her having pointed it out. He doesn't know too much of what happened before he got here but from what he's been able to gather thus far, it hasn't been the most conducive to what could diplomatically be called moving forward together as a society.
