‣ the death of a councilwoman, and he is going to have an extremely difficult time keeping his own emotions neutral. like... how to not sympathize with the angry people? he's not going to be the most willing stranger to keep the peace, but with allairavar's orders, he'll at least give a half-hearted attempt while possibly arguing with anyone around that the people should totally riot.
