Just a few things! Catteman is trying to keep a low profile while he learns healing Craft but...!

• He will be available in the blackout, and venturing into the powerplant!
  
• He's a half-Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te used to the heat, so he'll be fine for part of it, and he has his own shields for everything else. Anyone who decides to go in with him will also be shielded because heck, he's a tank. He protects, that's what he does.
  
• Because he wears Sapphire, he can break the shields pretty easily, and help someone who doesn't have a jewel at least Green or darker.
  
• Since he's learning healing Craft too, he may start dealing with minor injuries now! Finally.
  
• On the other hand, he's not exactly known for his diplomacy, so he's going to be completely useless during Death of a Councilwoman. Like, seriously. He's just going to be there in case a physical fight breaks out and pin people down.
  
• Prob some CR with Allaivar since Rhus is getting more involved and stuff, idk.
