After the power plant has been stopped from exploding entirely, Leo would ask Master Elektric Doriah whether they need help with getting the plant and the e-line working again. He'd be willing to explain why he thinks he'd be able to help, or demonstrate his technological/mechanical gifts to prove it. Would his help be accepted?
