feedback

A Gentle Night opened about two months ago, and all of you have made it a success! We're very excited to see everyone threading together and having a good time. In the interest making sure you continue to have a good time, we want to invite feedback from all of you. Tell us what's working for you and what's not. Not sure where to start? We'd love to know if there are areas of the setting you're still struggling to understand or need clarification on; your thoughts on how your characters have been able to gain influence and reputation so far; and whether or not the game's structure so far is working for you.

This post is open and comments are unscreened. If you would rather leave screened feedback, please do so on the mod contact post.

Again, we've been having a great time reading your threads and crafting this game with you, and we look forward to continuing to do so in the coming months!

Super psyched to hear about the calendar! And echoing what's already been said, being able to sort of preplot out things with the plotting post and the locked event log is really handy!

Beyond that, as somebody who's completely canonblind to the setting the game's based on, the game feels really accessible. There's a lot going on and I commend you guys for keeping track of all these factions and the jewels and which group is mad at which and why while also making it so people like me who hadn't heard of any of this before apping in can get things going pretty easily without fleeing to a wiki or something for help. This also extends to the FAQ and infopages being really easy to search and dig around in. I've modded a canon based game before and found it a struggle sometimes to figure what to include, what not to, and how to pare things down, but this has been a great experience so far!
